Austria Winning Numbers

World Lotteries

Multiple lotteries are available in Austria, for the opportunity to win significant sums of money every day. A notable feature of many Austrian lotteries is the flexibility of player stakes and play types. There are also numerous secondary game options for even more chances to win.

As well as locally run games, Austria also participates in the popular transnational Euromillions game alongside eight other nations.

Euromillions

Euromillions is a lucrative transnational lottery that costs €2.50 to enter.

Players must choose five numbers between 1 and 50, plus two Lucky Star numbers between 1 and 12. Quick Picks are available for players who prefer to enter with random selections.

Participants can add The Joker to their ticket for an additional €3.00. Draws take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Zahlenlotto

Zahlenlotto is Austria's longest-running lottery game and is a variation of the popular Keno draw games found in many countries worldwide.

Participants choose how many numbers they wish to match, up to a maximum of five. Next, players choose the relevant selections from between 1 and 90. Participants then select their stake, with options of €1.00, €2.00, €3.00, €5.00, €10, €50, €100 and €500 available. Prize values are directly linked to the stake, with the jackpot for correctly matching five numbers being 5,000 times this value. Notably, all prizes are guaranteed, so if several players make the same selections, everyone wins the advertised prize.

Participants can add The Joker to their ticket for an additional €1.50. Draws take place three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Lotto 6/45

Lotto 6/45 is Austria's most popular national lottery game and costs just €1.20 to enter.

Participants must choose six numbers from 1 to 45, or can go for a Quick Pick to enter with random selections.

Players can add Lotto Plus to their ticket for an additional €0.50 for the chance to win up to €150,000. For a further €1.50, participants can add The Joker.

Lucky Day

Lucky Day is a popular daily lottery game, with stakes of €2.00, €3.00, €4.00 and €5.00 available. The higher the chosen stake, the bigger the prizes.

After choosing a stake, players must choose a valid date in DD-MM-YY format. Entries will not be processed if an invalid date is chosen. Quick Picks are available for those who prefer random selections. One of 16 lucky symbols is then added to the ticket at random, with the jackpot being won by matching the correct date and the lucky symbol.

Participants can add The Joker to their ticket for an additional €1.50. Draws take place every day from Monday to Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Class Lottery

The Class Lottery is divided into so-called classes and each class lasts 4 weeks. There are 4 draws per class. You have 24 chances of winning in the entire class lottery!

The draws take place between November and April and May and October for six months, and there are also side bet types that promise daily prizes.

Only 250,000 tickets are offered for each lottery and a total of 278,196 prizes are won. Participation is possible with a whole ticket or with one or more tenths of a share. A tenth ticket costs €15 for each of the six classes, so a whole ticket costs €150. You can also buy half a ticket for €60.

Each paid ticket takes part in a class draw, for the next draws in the following month you have to renew your stake. Tickets won remain in subsequent draws. Not only the main prize at the end of a class lottery, but also the side bets can impress with interesting prizes.

Classless tickets can be purchased at special outlets.
